Background:
Sutton Architectural Services (SAS) is a full service architectural firm providing Programming, planning, design, program and Construction management services from pre-design phases through construction. The principal and founder, Peter C. Sutton is a Registered Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects and National Council of Architecture Registration Board. Mr. Sutton has over 30 years experience in a variety of government and private building types and clients. The firm selects only the most qualified engineering consultants when assembling comprehensive design teams for a specific project. This allows us to customize our team to best suit your project.

Provide superior customer service by combining talent and experience with proper planning , effective leadership, quality control / assurance techniques and an effective implementation plan. We are dedicated to the ethical standards that are the guiding light of our profession.
Service Delivery:
SAS utilizes a very pragmatic ‘’step by step” phased process of service delivery. These phases are: Planning/Pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding/contract negotiation and contract/construction administration. We have both Fast Tract and Design Build Project experience. We customize our services to meet your particular needs.
Technology:
Design and construction drawings are done in state of the art computer aided drafting format and both a hard copy and a digital copy of documents can be provided to our clients. We can provide computer generated 3d perspective color renderings and modeling for both site and buildings inside and out.
Special Services:
We offer special services in the areas of Pre Planning, Design Consultation, Construction Administraton and Warranty Services as well as Plan review and Architectural Standards Review Services. In addition we can provide "Trouble shooting for design and construction issues".
